Job Requirements
- minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
- reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting trays and plates up to 30 lbs
- capability to push and pull furniture
- able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- flexible schedule availability including Sundays
Job Qualifications
- reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- must have minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
- basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
- ability to prioritize and multi-task
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Sunday shift is required
Job Duties
- deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
- lift food trays and plates weighing up to 30 lbs
- push and pull tables and chairs as required
- maintain cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas
- assist servers and bartenders as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
