We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Busperson to join our Market (MKT) Bar team at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our upscale bar and lounge by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with setup, and supporting the service staff to elevate the guest experience. The Busperson helps uphold the high standards that Four Seasons is celebrated for, promoting a pleasant atmosphere and efficient service flow.

The position requires an individual with at least one year of experience in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant. The candidate must display proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with team members and guests. Fundamental knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is essential, alongside the ability to remain composed and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on days, nights, weekends, holidays, and notably Sundays, is mandatory, ensuring full coverage and support for the operation.

This role involves physically demanding tasks, such as lifting trays and plates up to 30 pounds, as well as pushing and pulling tables and chairs. The Busperson is responsible for delivering food accurately and promptly to guests and performing unobtrusive cleaning and setup of tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask are crucial to excel in this position.

Job Duties

  • deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
