Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Clark County Health Card
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced upscale environment
  • Ability to comply with company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of hotel or restaurant food runner experience
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with servers kitchen staff and guests
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail for food presentation order delivery and table maintenance
  • Guest-service skills with a warm professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while remaining organized
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills supporting servers and back-of-house staff
  • Basic food knowledge including dish components and menu familiarity
  • Physical stamina to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
  • Problem-solving and adaptability skills to adjust to guest needs or service changes
  • Cleanliness and sanitation awareness to maintain health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Promptly expedite and deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests ensuring proper presentation correct temperatures and timely delivery
  • Maintain fully set clean and organized dining and lounge areas including wiping tables resetting sections and ensuring poolside service areas remain guest-ready
  • Provide attentive support to guests by refilling water coffee tea soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages
  • Assist servers by covering stations running completed orders and responding quickly to guest requests
  • Monitor pool deck activity to anticipate guest needs while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
  • Keep service stations stocked with necessary supplies utensils napkins and condiments ensuring seamless service flow during high volume periods
  • Adhere to all company safety and department policies and procedures
