Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner when necessary
  • Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
  • Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
  • Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
  • Learn to operate the Host Stand
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Accurately answer any guest questions
  • Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
  • Process all payment methods
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the establishment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
