This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through effective teamwork and a service-oriented mindset. The Busperson position is an essential part of the dynamic food and beverage team, playing a key role in ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready to provide guests with a welcoming dining environment. Alongside assisting in various food-running duties, the Busperson works closely with servers to support meal service excellence and maintain the smooth operation of dining services.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties
- Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set
- assist the Food Runner when necessary
- work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
- exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- learn to operate the Host Stand
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- accurately answer any guest questions
- perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- process all payment methods
- be an ambassador of the establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
