Whether you're launching your career or seeking new challenges, Hilton provides a platform for professional and personal development.
The role of Sales Manager at Hilton is pivotal in generating and managing group sales that contribute directly to the hotel's success. This position goes beyond traditional sales responsibilities; it is about spreading warmth and light through exemplary hospitality, thereby creating memorable stays for every guest. The Sales Manager is responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals. Managing booking details accurately, coordinating customer requirements such as room, food and beverage, and meeting space are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, the Sales Manager inspires and develops their team by supervising and supporting members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Hilton not only values the contributions of its sales team but also supports their well-being with a comprehensive benefits package. These perks include access to discounted travel nights through the Go Hilton travel program, employee stock purchase opportunities, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and extensive health and welfare benefits. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a globally respected brand, work with an innovative and supportive team, and enjoy substantial career growth and personal benefits in a thriving hospitality environment.
