Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel industry sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients including travel agents, event planners, and corporate decision-makers
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and conferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
