Job Description
Our establishment is the Hilton San Francisco Financial District, a prestigious full-service hotel situated in the heart of downtown San Francisco. This prime location serves as a crossroads for the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. The hotel boasts luxurious amenities including an on-site restaurant and bar, award-winning concierge service, and elegantly furnished, air-conditioned rooms equipped with a coffee machine, a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV, a large work desk, and an ergonomic desk chair. Our commitment to exceptional service and comfort makes us a highly sought destination for business and leisure travelers alike.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Travel Sales Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the hotel's success. This management-level position focuses on winning new business accounts, establishing lasting partnerships, and maintaining high occupancy rates, especially among business travelers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Director of Sales to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and expand our market share. As a leader, you will not only work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets but also serve as an ambassador for the hotel within the local community and industry organizations. This role demands a proactive sales approach, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for superior guest service. Candidates must be prepared to invest the necessary time, including overtime as applicable, to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to the team’s overall success.
In your role as Business Travel Sales Manager, you will leverage your skills to consistently hit sales and revenue targets, utilize your keen market insight to stay ahead of trends, and foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with business travel clients. You will improve the guest experience by ensuring every interaction is marked by positivity and attentiveness, helping to maintain the hotel's stellar reputation. If you excel at strategizing, connecting with people, and driving results, this is a unique opportunity to advance your career in a high-profile, results-oriented environment where your efforts will directly impact the hotel's performance and growth.
