The Business Support Representative role is a critical part of WP Beverages' operations, acting as a liaison between various departments and customers. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • Proficient in English language
  • Knowledge of Tel-Sell equipment and switchboard operations

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including persuasive and diplomatic abilities
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or knowledge in beverage sales and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Basic mathematics proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

  • Working knowledge of Tel-Sell equipment and switchboard operations

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and determine appropriate action required to satisfy customer needs
  • Document customer inquiries, follow-up issues, and resolutions to ensure proper handling and closure of calls
  • Dispatch customer equipment repair calls promptly and courteously to Field Service Technicians with accurate recordkeeping
  • Ensure efficient service dispatch through proper use of IFS processes and tools
  • Maintain, support, and perform suggestive selling through retailer portal
  • Make outbound calls to obtain, upsell, and process orders when appropriate
  • Support shareholder services and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
