Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods
- Proficient in English language
- Knowledge of Tel-Sell equipment and switchboard operations
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including persuasive and diplomatic abilities
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or knowledge in beverage sales and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Basic mathematics proficiency
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Proficient in English language speaking, reading, and writing
- Working knowledge of Tel-Sell equipment and switchboard operations
- Ability to collaborate well with other employees and departments
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and determine appropriate action required to satisfy customer needs
- Document customer inquiries, follow-up issues, and resolutions to ensure proper handling and closure of calls
- Dispatch customer equipment repair calls promptly and courteously to Field Service Technicians with accurate recordkeeping
- Ensure efficient service dispatch through proper use of IFS processes and tools
- Maintain, support, and perform suggestive selling through retailer portal
- Make outbound calls to obtain, upsell, and process orders when appropriate
- Support shareholder services and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
