This position requires a professional who is capable of maintaining smooth operational workflows in adherence to Travel + Leisure Standard Operating Procedures. The Business Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and professional atmosphere that benefits guests, sales, and marketing staff alike.\n\nThe individual in this role will greet and qualify touring guests, validate guest information, assign tours to sales agents, and communicate necessary information to the Sales and Marketing departments. Exceptional customer service is vital, as the coordinator will answer inquiries, assist property owners with contract issues, and ensure guests receive the correct premiums after presentations. Attention to detail is crucial, as responsibilities include daily gift, tour, and contract reconciliation within multiple systems, data entry into reservation and reporting systems, and the preparation and balancing of financial transactions.\n\nThe coordinator also handles confidential property owner information in compliance with PII and PCI standards, prepares timeshare sales contracts, and provides comprehensive administrative support to sales staff and other internal departments including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams. Job Requirements

- one year of office experience
- one year of customer service experience

- knowledge of Central Reservation System or Epiphany preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Greet and qualify touring guests
- collect and validate all guest information
- assign tours to sales agents and liaise with Sales and Marketing departments
- provide exceptional customer service to guests and property owners
- answer phones and respond to guest questions professionally
- distribute premiums to guests and complete daily reconciliation of gifts, tours, and contracts
- perform data entry in Central Reservations and Epiphany systems and generate reports
- prepare and balance cash, down payments, and site statistics
- file and secure documents following procedures and maintain property owner information according to PII and PCI standards
- prepare timeshare sales contracts and assist administrative supervisors
- provide additional administrative support to Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort departments
- perform other duties as assigned
