Job Description

This job opportunity is with a large franchise restaurant known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards in both food quality and customer service. The restaurant operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the front-of-house (FOH) team plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests. The position available is a Front of House Manager role focused on managing the front of house operations of the restaurant. The FOH Manager will take ownership of all front-of-house operational systems including the point of sale (POS) and credit card processing systems, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. This role involves overseeing purchasing, receiving, and the preparation of all FOH recipes and procedural standards to maintain consistency and quality. A key responsibility is to optimize sales growth while maintaining budgeted labor costs and managing proper inventory levels. Additionally, the FOH Manager will develop and implement comprehensive instructions and training plans for all front of house staff, reinforcing exemplary customer service and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time role with an annual salary range between $59,000 and $65,000. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant front of house management
