Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card is required
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
- A one-year probationary period may be required
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation
- The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required
- Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information
- Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals
- Must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes working nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc)
- Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred

Job Duties
- Manages a large franchise restaurant kitchen
- Oversees all food production operations and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
- Maintains budgeted food and kitchen labor costs and proper inventories
- Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items
- As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors' employees
- Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures
- Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment
- Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity
