We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of a large franchise restaurant kitchen. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $67,000 to $75,000 annually. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient, and fluid food production operations. Key responsibilities include formulating instructions and providing clear directions to kitchen staff, managing food purchasing and receiving, monitoring food preparation and presentation according to established recipes and operational procedures, and ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all food items. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will conduct regular management reviews of patron food production programs to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures, striving to maintain the highest standards in food quality and safety. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and guide kitchen teams to consistently deliver excellent results while adhering to company policies and health regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in kitchen management within a franchise restaurant setting, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.   • monitors compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
