Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a kitchen or food production environment
- Experience managing kitchen staff
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage a large franchise restaurant kitchen
- Formulate instructions and give directions necessary to operate a fluid and efficient food production operation
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items
- Oversee food production operations including purchasing, receiving, preparation and presentation of food products
- Conduct management reviews of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate corrective measures
