Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a kitchen or food production environment
  • Experience managing kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or similar culinary leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage a large franchise restaurant kitchen
  • Formulate instructions and give directions necessary to operate a fluid and efficient food production operation
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items
  • Oversee food production operations including purchasing, receiving, preparation and presentation of food products
  • Conduct management reviews of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate corrective measures
