The Business Manager role within Campers Inn RV is a crucial position responsible for selling new and used Recreational Vehicle (RV) financing and insurance programs. This role involves working closely with financial institutions and lenders to secure fair interest rates and financing options that provide value to customers while aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Business Manager, or Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager, is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards that are foundational to the dealership’s operations. The position demands detailed knowledge of the RV market, various finance programs, and insurance products, including aftermarket extended warranties and dealership service policies. This role also requires the ability to communicate these offerings effectively to customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the available financial products and ancillary services.

In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Business Manager must maintain and build strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and attractive financing programs. They are tasked with processing financing deals accurately and ensuring approvals are obtained through proper federal, state, and corporate channels. Compliance with all regulations related to finance and the sale of new and used RVs is critical in this role, and the Business Manager is responsible for ensuring these standards are consistently met within the finance and insurance departments.

The position further requires collaboration with the sales department to establish programs that drive all new sales referrals to the F&I department. Training and educating the sales team on the latest finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of the dealership’s extended service offerings, are also fundamental duties of this role.   • One year experience in finance and insurance
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and compliance practices
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications such as Systems2K and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
