The Business Development & Event Coordinator role at GiLLY WAGON is a full-time, in-person position located in Seattle, WA, with a competitive base salary range between $48,000 and $65,000 annually. This role is essential to the company’s growth and event success by building and nurturing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new market opportunities. The coordinator will be instrumental in expanding the company’s reach by developing strategic partnerships and targeting customer segments that align with GiLLY WAGON’s vision. This position blends business development and event coordination responsibilities, requiring a candidate who is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about creating exceptional community events.

The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure events are well-produced and marketed effectively. The coordinator will support event production logistics, manage on-site coordination during events, and engage with communities to enhance participation and brand visibility.
