As part of The Achilles Corporation, a global entity known for specialized plastic films and synthetic leather manufacturing, Achilles USA stands out for its innovative approach to formulating unique materials and compounding processes that meet precise client needs.

The responsibilities encompass managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, conducting thorough commercial negotiations to secure advantageous pricing and contract terms, and representing Achilles USA at industry trade shows and key customer meetings to enhance the company's market visibility and reputation. The role also involves continuous market analysis to track competitor activities, technological advancements, and emerging trends that could inform strategic growth initiatives.

With a competitive annual base salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, employer contributions to 401(k) plans, paid time off, and other perks designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. Achilles USA prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual’s contributions are valued and respected.

This position demands a motivated, self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, outstanding negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously within a remote setting.
