WCF Events is currently looking to expand its accomplished sales team by hiring a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager (Sales Representative). This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building strong relationships with corporate clients and thrives in a consultative sales environment. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling corporate events, team building programs, and picnics to some of the most prominent companies in the Chicago area. Unlike selling generic products, this position offers the unique opportunity to help clients design and deliver memorable experiences that enhance team dynamics and drive employee engagement.
This full-time, in-person role based at the Lincoln Park office requires a dedicated candidate who enjoys working on-site five days a week during normal business hours. The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base plus commission structure with first-year on-target earnings between $50,000 and $70,000. With proven sales processes in place, access to an existing warm lead database, and ongoing sales training, the Business Development Manager will have the tools and support necessary to succeed and grow within the company. Additional benefits include medical and dental insurance with contributions, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions and profit sharing, paid vacation, and free parking.

This position is ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, superior interpersonal abilities, and excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus, though not required.
