Job Requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 80% within assigned regional states
- Experience in business development or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to coordinate resources across departments

Job Duties
- Identify and development of new business targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives, must be a hunter
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in regional accounts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
- Participates in a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for sustainable growth
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Manage all facets of the day to day account responsibilities
- Manage the broker network by utilizing budgets and expectations
- This role requires approximately 80% travel across IL, WI, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK and TX
