Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel approximately 80% within assigned regional states
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to coordinate resources across departments

Job Duties

  • Identify and development of new business targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives, must be a hunter
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in regional accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
  • Participates in a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for sustainable growth
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Manage all facets of the day to day account responsibilities
  • Manage the broker network by utilizing budgets and expectations
  • This role requires approximately 80% travel across IL, WI, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK and TX
