Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services
- Proven commercial leadership experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel domestically as required
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the office
- Located in or near Edison, New Jersey, USA
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services
- Strong background in commercial leadership, business development, sales, or strategic account management
- Proven ability to develop customers, identify growth opportunities, and convert strategy into commercial results
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, pricing, operations, leadership, and external customers
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the US commercial growth strategy for beverage packaging, ingredients, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and priority accounts
- Create local value propositions, sales playbooks, and go-to-market approaches
- Assess market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics
- Drive new business development initiatives with local sales team
- Support customer acquisition and retention across strategic accounts
- Engage senior decision-makers within customer organizations
- Lead or support key commercial negotiations
