Responsibilities include scheduling and organizing events, representing Max Health at community activities, engaging prospective patients to encourage appointment scheduling, and tracking outreach efforts to optimize growth strategies. This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $18.00 and $22.00 plus commission, with performance incentives based on outreach and appointment generation. The schedule is flexible but includes weekend availability. Job Duties
- Coordinate community outreach events, health screenings, and educational seminars
- Schedule and organize Lunch & Learns with local businesses and community organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, employers, physicians, and community leaders
- Represent Max Health at networking events, health fairs, and community activities
- Engage prospective patients and confidently encourage appointment scheduling
- Conduct outreach and follow-up by phone, email, and in person
- Track outreach activities, referrals, appointments, and event outcomes
- Assist with planning outreach strategies that increase patient awareness and practice growth
- Maintain accurate records and ensure outreach initiatives stay organized and on schedule
- Partner closely with the Business Development Representative to achieve growth goals
