Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, communications or related field
  • minimum 3 years of relevant business development or marketing experience
  • proficiency in project and program management
  • solid understanding of strategic planning and market research techniques
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • proactive and self-motivated approach

Job Duties

  • organize and manage all aspects of business development and marketing communications
  • develop, implement, monitor and update strategic business development and marketing plans
  • collaborate with department leaders to drive profitable volume and clinical program development
  • assist in physician development and recruitment
  • serve as a community liaison
  • lead strategic marketing campaigns, internal communications, public relations and event planning
  • assist with media relations, website management and social media strategy
