Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, communications or related field
minimum 3 years of relevant business development or marketing experience
proficiency in project and program management
solid understanding of strategic planning and market research techniques
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work independently and collaboratively
proactive and self-motivated approach

Job Duties

organize and manage all aspects of business development and marketing communications
develop, implement, monitor and update strategic business development and marketing plans
collaborate with department leaders to drive profitable volume and clinical program development
assist in physician development and recruitment
serve as a community liaison
lead strategic marketing campaigns, internal communications, public relations and event planning
assist with media relations, website management and social media strategy
