Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables and stations, perform related food service tasks including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, greet guests by name when possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient bussing, ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, replenishing items, locking refrigerators, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Set up, store, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware before use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practice clean procedures during the cleaning process, comply with health and safety standards
- Comply with company safety policies, maintain professional uniform and personal appearance, protect company assets
- Welcome and attend to guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to guest service needs, sincerely thank guests
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Visually verify information in various formats
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Navigate inclines, stairs, and ramps
- Reach above head and below knees using bending, twisting, pulling, and tilting motions
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
