Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to grasp, turn and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
- Ability to move on uneven or slippery surfaces and ascend/descend stairs or ramps
- Ability to reach above head and below knees including bending, twisting and pulling
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work part-time schedule

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables and service areas
- Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
- Greet guests by name whenever possible
- Stack trays properly for effective clearing
- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable items, cleaning equipment, replenishing stock, and securing work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day
- Inspect porcelain, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness before use
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and attend to guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and meet guest service needs
- Develop positive working relationships with team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally
