The On Call Busser position at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa involves joining the Shor AM team, the vibrant team servicing the Shor restaurant. This restaurant, located on the third floor of the hotel facing Diamond Head, offers an open-air dining experience with breathtaking views overlooking Waikiki Beach and the Pacific Ocean. This role is vital in supporting the Food Server by ensuring the dining room operates smoothly and guests receive timely assistance. The On Call Busser helps meet and anticipate guest needs, maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with guests, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and sharing the Aloha Spirit that defines the guest experience at Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Job duties include lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weights as part of setting and clearing tables, and assisting the team during fast-paced service hours. The position demands an individual capable of working early mornings, weekends, and holidays with open AM availability, reflecting the dynamic and busy nature of the resort’s dining operations.
