Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
- Stack trays properly for stewarding
- Complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment, and securing areas
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and uphold health and safety standards
- Follow company policies and report safety issues
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Use clear, professional communication
- Support team goals and listen to employee concerns
- Adhere to quality and presentation standards
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
