This position is a part of The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts team, designed for individuals who have a passion for exemplary guest service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage presentation and cleanliness. As a Food and Beverage Server, your role is pivotal in creating positive guest impressions through professional, courteous, and efficient service. You are responsible for a range of duties from greeting guests personally to ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper setup of service areas. This is an entry-level position suitable for those with minimal or no prior work experience but a strong desire to learn and grow within the luxury hospitality sector.

The role involves preparing dining areas, serving guests with attention and care, handling beverage service duties such as serving water, coffee, and bread, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift by adhering to health and safety protocols. You will be expected to follow company policies strictly regarding workplace safety, including reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions, and participate in all necessary training and certifications to uphold these standards. The job requires physical stamina, involving standing or walking for extended periods and moving objects of up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail is crucial as you will inspect all dining ware before use and ensure all equipment and areas are cleaned and organized properly during closing tasks.

Beyond technical duties, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills to welcome guests warmly, communicate clearly, and support team efforts.
