Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous food and beverage service to guests
  • Clean and set up tables in the outlet
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
  • Stack trays properly for stewarding
  • Complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment, and securing areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and uphold health and safety standards
  • Follow company policies and report safety issues
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests
  • Use clear, professional communication
  • Support team goals and listen to employee concerns
  • Adhere to quality and presentation standards
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
