Renowned for its elegant ambiance and world-class amenities, Resorts World offers visitors a comprehensive entertainment and hospitality experience. As one of the most prestigious properties on the Strip, it combines high-end accommodations, diverse dining options, and a range of leisure and entertainment activities, all designed to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. The resort prides itself on exceptional service, a commitment to safety and security, and a team-oriented culture that values every employee as an ambassador of the brand. This distinctive approach fosters a welcoming and polished environment, reflecting the core values of the resort and consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The Bus Runner position at Resorts World Las Vegas is vital to maintaining the smooth operation and success of the restaurant and dining venues. This role is ideally suited for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Bus Runner acts as a critical link between the front of house and back of house teams by supporting food and beverage service and ensuring guest areas are clean, well-maintained, and hospitable. Responsibilities of the role include assisting Cocktail Servers by delivering food and drinks promptly, clearing and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and helping to maintain a polished presentation throughout the venue.
In addition to contributing to the overall guest experience through attentive and timely service, Bus Runners promote a clean and organized setting by regularly clearing debris and trash from cabanas, daybeds, and restaurant areas. The position requires a flexible attitude, with the ability to rotate between different food and beverage outlets and perform other tasks as assigned. It also demands adherence to safety guidelines, departmental procedures, and position-specific licenses. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, an excellent customer service mindset, and a sense of personal ownership in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
