This position requires attention to detail for tasks like checking and restocking guest restrooms to guarantee supplies are replenished and sanitation is upheld. Staff will be expected to quietly and efficiently bus tables, ensuring each table and seating area is sanitized and prepared for incoming guests. Additional duties encompass managing ice bins, cleaning and sanitizing high chairs and booster seats, returning dishes promptly to the dishroom, and handling waste disposal with care to keep dumpster zones clean.

The successful candidate plays an integral role in supporting kitchen staff and front-of-house operations, from racking dishes and washing plates to stocking tables and condiment stations accurately. Adaptability and cooperation are key, as team members may be called upon to perform various job-related activities assigned by management.
