Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year food and beverage bussing experience
- effective communication skills in english, both verbal and written
- neat and professional appearance
- ability to interact with customers, public, and coworkers
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- understanding of gourmet dining environment
- physical ability to carry multiple dishes up to six at one time without a tray
- ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- flexible availability for varying shifts

Job Duties
- make sure that all tables are set completely both before and after shift
- make sure all areas are clean and free of debris
- polish all glassware as necessary
- assist food servers in service of complimentary bottled water
- maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary
- clear and scrape all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table
- stock all side stations with linen and proper glassware
