We are currently seeking a dedicated Busser to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for our guests by providing prompt clearance, cleaning, and resetting of tables according to our specific service standards. As a Busser, you will assist servers by managing beverage refills such as water, coffee, and other drinks while keeping side stations well-stocked and clean. The position requires maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, upholding sanitation standards, and supporting overall restaurant efficiency through timely clearing and resetting of tables within two minutes of guest departure.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service that aligns with our family-style service philosophy. This role involves physical activity including standing for long periods, repetitive lifting, and moving supplies and dishware. Flexibility in work schedule is necessary, with potential shifts involving days, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and walking
Work area is subject to variable temperatures
May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise
Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service
Must have excellent communication and observation skills and an easygoing demeanor
Above average speech in English both speaking and reading/writing
Work requires schedule flexibility including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills
Experience using basic cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, spray bottle, and towel
Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag-in-Box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicer
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated
Maintain side stations and cleanliness of restaurant
Monitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requests
Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes in addition to cleaning and stocking work areas and table
Refill beverages when half full
Clear and re-set within 2 minutes of guest’s departure
Roll silverware and perform other side work
