Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of six months’ bussing experience is preferred
- Must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be able to speak and understand English
Job Duties
- Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests
- Know the script and hours/days of operation of restaurants
- Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest
- Responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room
- Complete shift side work requirements
- Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
