The Food Runner role at HHM presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow professionally within the hospitality sector. This position is designed to support the seamless dining experience of guests by ensuring tables are set up and cleared efficiently, service stations remain stocked and orderly, and that servers receive assistance as needed throughout service periods. The Food Runner acts as a vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring food and beverage delivery runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Responsibilities include transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, serving beverages and breads to guests, and adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines including OSHA and MSDS requirements.
The role offers a clear growth path starting from Food Runner progressing to Restaurant Server, and eventually Restaurant Floor Manager, supporting individual career development. Job Duties
- Set up tables and clear tables
- stock all service stations
- assist food servers
- clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for meal periods

- follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
