- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- adherence to safety regulations
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling and reaching

Job Duties
- Set up and clear tables
- stock all service stations
- assist food servers in accordance with guest service and sustainability standards
- clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods
- serve guests with beverages, breads and butter
- transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- follow safety, MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform other duties as requested by management
