Job Duties
- quickly and quietly carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen/dishroom
- replace soiled table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware
- replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room
- decorate and restock the service bar with food items, utensils, and dishes
- serve ice water and butter to guests
- clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, service bar equipment, and dispensers
- assist wait staff as directed by management to ensure timely guest service
- take initiative to greet guests warmly and professionally
- other duties as assigned
