Job Requirements
- must be able to work long hours when required
- medium work exerting up to 30 pounds occasionally and/or 15 pounds frequently
- must be able to stand and work extended periods during service hours
- must be able to bend, stoop, or reach as needed
Job Qualifications
- in compliance with california laws, responsible beverage service and food handlers certification are required
Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for Silverado Resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
- maximize efforts towards productivity and assist in implementing solutions
- perform necessary pre-shift side work as directed
- deliver food from kitchen to guest tables
- check and restock supplies in serving areas
- maintain knowledge of table numbers, seating, menu items, and ingredients
- check, maintain, and control inventory of food items
- put away food stock and dry goods according to standards
- familiarize with all specials offered
- unload trays in dish machine area
- keep tables and service station clean and supplied
- assist servers throughout service for guest satisfaction
- complete assigned side work
- remove dirty plates from tables and reset as needed
- responsible for bus station setup, serving water, bread, and butter
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as requested by management
