In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate modern buses, guaranteeing passengers a comfortable and timely journey. Beyond driving, your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, providing helpful directions, and professionally resolving any issues that arise. You will play a significant role in maintaining passenger safety, assisting riders who require special accommodations, and promoting accessibility for everyone in the community. Staying connected with Dispatch will be an essential part of your day to manage route changes, road conditions, and any emergencies.

As a Bus Operator, you will also conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, report any maintenance needs, and ensure that your bus remains clean and safe. Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (Class B)
  • Valid Texas Driver's License at hire
  • Three years of driving experience
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Commitment to safety and quick decision-making under pressure
