Joining LLE Education Group means becoming part of a passionate family that values reliability, positivity, and a caring attitude towards the children in their care. The organization is currently seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about inspiring children, connecting with the community, and committing to a role that is vital to the daily functions of their schools. This position is well-suited for people who are dependable to a fault, detail-oriented, patient, and flexible. Staff members play an important role not only in care but also in the safe and efficient transportation of children.
The role offered involves driving a school bus to safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities. It also encompasses responsibilities that include fostering positive interactions with children, parents, and teachers to ensure the needs of each individual child are met. In addition to technical driving skills, candidates must demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and adhere to required health and safety certifications such as first aid and CPR for children and adults. The employment type involves a split shift schedule, providing a unique daytime break and offering nights and weekends off, which enhances work-life balance.
Candidates for this role should hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for those who possess some college coursework in early childhood education. A clean driving record over the past five years and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
