The Spring House Estates community, part of the Acts family and located in Lower Gwynedd, PA, is currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Bus Driver. This role is pivotal as it directly supports the independence and well-being of our senior residents by offering safe, friendly, and timely transportation services. The community itself is a beautiful, gated neighborhood designed to provide the utmost comfort and security to its residents.
This part-time position includes evening and weekend shifts and offers a competitive starting pay rate ranging from $18.54 to $23.13 per hour, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience. Additionally, there is an attractive $2,500 sign-on bonus as part of the employment package. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from various scheduled outings, appointments, shopping trips, and community events, ensuring a positive and supportive transportation experience.

Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience
- Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement or obtain within six months of employment
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to provide safe and reliable transportation
- Commitment to supporting senior resident independence
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain within six months

Job Duties
- Safely transport residents to and from scheduled outings
- Provide timely transportation for appointments and shopping trips
- Offer friendly and professional service to support resident independence
- Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of the bus
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff about transportation schedules
- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking as needed
