Job Duties

  • Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
  • Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures outlined in the Grow Early Learning Transportation Manual
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey
  • Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager or Assistant Transportation Manager
