Currently, Transdev is urgently hiring Bus Drivers to join their team in Modesto, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $22.25 per hour, which progresses to $31.30 per hour over two years according to the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement pay scale. No prior bus driving experience is required because Transdev provides paid training to obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B permit with a passenger endorsement for qualified candidates. As a Bus Driver, individuals will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers by following designated routes and schedules, maintaining a professional demeanor, and providing excellent customer service.

Candidates must obtain a CDL Class B Permit with Passenger Endorsement before beginning employment. The role requires individuals who are punctual, communicative, and dedicated to maintaining safety protocols and company policies. The position demands physical stamina to perform duties in various weather conditions, including long periods of sitting, walking, and handling equipment or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
