The position involves a dynamic work schedule with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned. We value excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional approach toward passenger interaction, and reliable performance under varying conditions.

Transdev provides valuable benefits including up to five vacation days annually, 40 hours of paid sick leave each year, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement benefits. Additionally, there is a $2,000 hiring bonus for CDL license holders effective January 2, 2026, distributed over four installments following a 90-day probation period. The working environment will be a combination of both indoor and outdoor settings, and the physical demands include sitting for long periods and the ability to work flexible schedules.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and have at least three years of driving experience, personal or professional. A valid CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement is preferred but not mandatory. All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, pass a pre-employment drug screening, and comply with DOT drug testing and physical requirements.
