This position involves working flexible shifts and adapting to various weather conditions, including sitting for extended periods and managing physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
Transdev values diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming applicants of all backgrounds without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or other legally protected status. The company complies with both federal and state disability laws and offers reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Additionally, Transdev maintains a drug-free workplace, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Benefits for this position include a minimum of two weeks of vacation, five sick days, twelve holidays (including eight standard and four floating holidays), and standard benefits such as a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability coverage. These benefits support the well-being and security of team members while fostering a positive work-life balance.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements, have a minimum of three years of driving experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of the transit system.
