Job Description

Hoffman Auto Group is a reputable automotive dealership recognized for its commitment to exceptional customer service and quality vehicle offerings. As a key player in the automotive industry, the company takes pride in creating a seamless and positive experience for customers seeking new and used vehicles. Known for a strong presence in the community and a dedication to employee satisfaction, Hoffman Auto Group maintains a work environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and integrity. The dealership not only offers a wide variety of vehicles but also provides comprehensive services related to vehicle sales and maintenance, making it a trusted destination for car buyers and enthusiasts alike.

The role available at Hoffman Auto Group is designed to support the sales operations by ensuring the presentation and maintenance of the dealership's vehicle inventory is both attractive and easily accessible. This position involves a range of responsibilities centered around the upkeep of the sales lot, assisting with vehicle preparations, and executing errands that facilitate the sales process. The individual in this role will work closely under the guidance of the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager and will contribute to the smooth functioning of daily dealership activities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys outdoor work and understands the importance of first impressions in automotive sales. The responsibilities extend beyond lot maintenance to include important tasks such as vehicle photography for internet listings, helping with car deliveries to other dealers, and managing the physical condition of the property through cleaning and snow removal. The role does not include managing other employees but requires coordination with various teams including sales, service, and detail departments to ensure seamless operations.

Attention to safety and condition of the lot is critical, especially in adverse weather conditions where the employee must take action to prevent hazards from snow, ice, or debris. This work supports the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers and staff. The role is vital in portraying the inventory in the best possible light, which directly impacts the sales success and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates for this position have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and possess a strong ability to follow instructions carefully. Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential to succeed in this role as it requires teamwork and an advocate mindset. The company encourages a positive workplace culture where employee contributions are recognized and valued.

Hoffman Auto Group offers competitive employment terms and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, and flexible spending accounts among others. This commitment to employee well-being reflects the company's core belief in fostering a supportive and rewarding workplace. Candidates joining this team will find opportunities for growth, personal development, and the chance to be part of a company that values quality service and community engagement.
