We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join our growing team. The RAM plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by cultivating a team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving top-line sales growth. This role is vital to the overall operational success of the restaurant, involving hands-on management and mentorship to help team members perform at their best. Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for implementing and managing restaurant systems, coaching staff, and ensuring that all operational and financial goals are met. This includes overseeing food safety, cleanliness, speed of service, and maintaining a safe working environment.

RAMs have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where they can develop crucial leadership and problem-solving skills. Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
  • Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age & authorized to work in the US
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • Train and coach the team
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Meet all operational standards, including speed of service, food safety and cleanliness
  • Meet positive food and labor variance and take appropriate action to improve results
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work all shifts as required by the business
  • Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operations
  • Provide feedback and coaching to the team
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
  • Any / all other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
