Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers, visual acuity, talking, hearing, and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
  • For management roles, two or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic with excellent communication skills
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • Ability to foster teamwork and provide daily coaching and feedback
  • Experience with training and development

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed, using suggestive-selling techniques
  • Verifies accuracy of guests' orders
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Cleans kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior grounds
  • Maintains health and safety standards
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items
  • Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)
  • Provides coaching and feedback
  • Resolves customer and operational issues promptly
  • Follows BURGER KING uniform and grooming standards
