We are currently seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team in several key roles including Team Member, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. Positions are available for candidates who enjoy working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Each role plays a vital part in our ongoing mission to keep guests coming back for more by ensuring quality, speed, and friendliness at every interaction.
As a Team Member, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience, greeting customers with a smile, taking accurate orders, processing payments, and preparing and packaging food and beverages to meet our brand standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers take on supervisory duties such as coaching team members, managing the shift workflow, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. They support daily operations and help resolve any issues that arise to maintain smooth functioning of the restaurant.
General Managers oversee restaurant operations, manage staff schedules, handle inventory and budgeting, and work towards achieving business goals. Leadership roles require experience and skills in managing teams under high-pressure situations while focusing on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Our employees enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive hourly wages starting at $20.00 in California, with adjustments for local municipalities. We offer a retirement savings plan such as Oregon Saves, Cal Savers, or 401k options, along with a bonus program that can provide up to $9,000 yearly depending on position and performance. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance options, paid vacation and sick time for eligible positions, gas reimbursement for certain roles, and meal discounts.
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience in the restaurant, customer service, or service industry. Management roles require two or more years of supervisory experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to apply for crew positions and 18 or older for management roles. Bi-lingual skills and a Servsafe certificate are pluses but not mandatory. Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers, visual acuity, talking, hearing, and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related restaurant, customer service, or service industry experience
- For management roles, two or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic with excellent communication skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
- Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed, using suggestive-selling techniques
- Verifies accuracy of guests' orders
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Cleans kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- Maintains health and safety standards
- Unloads and stocks inventory items
- Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)
- Provides coaching and feedback
- Resolves customer and operational issues promptly
- Follows BURGER KING uniform and grooming standards
