Job Duties
- Prepare dough and shape buns and mochi
- Operate commercial kitchen machinery
- Assist in operating bun and dessert dumpling-related machinery
- Clean bun and dessert dumpling machinery
- Load and unload the bun steamer oven
- Pack and seal bun and dessert dumpling items
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
