Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred, adding to the inclusivity and communication efficiency within a diverse workforce. Additionally, there is an emphasis on a positive and professional attitude, a necessity for ensuring a cohesive and productive work atmosphere. Din Tai Fung North America is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
