Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Availability Monday through Saturday preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times daily
- Willingness to work in wet or humid conditions and extreme temperatures
- Adherence to safety protocols including using cutting gloves, back support belts, and goggles as needed
- Ability to operate and clean commercial kitchen machinery
- Positive and energetic demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or production environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Prepare dough for buns and mochi
- Form and shape buns and mochi
- Operate commercial kitchen machinery
- Assist in loading and unloading the bun steamer oven
- Pack and seal bun and dessert dumpling items
- Assist in cleaning bun and dessert machinery
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
