The position of Bulk Driver based in South Saint Paul, Minnesota, offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking company. The Bulk Driver is responsible for maintaining accurate delivery records with signatures on load manifests, performing vehicle inspections before and after trips, and upholding all safety standards to protect the team and community. Airgas operates a modern fleet equipped with advanced technologies such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance systems, and the latest camera technology, all designed to ensure driver safety and efficiency. The role demands strong communication skills to liaise with customers, adherence to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the handling of hazardous materials, and a professional demeanor in both personal appearance and vehicle maintenance.

This full-time role offers competitive pay at $34 per hour with a typical 55-hour workweek and overtime paid after 40 hours, including double-time pay for work on Sundays and holidays. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work and collaborative morning start times to support team flow. Drivers can expect 1-2 overnight stays monthly on average. Additional incentives include a safety bonus of up to $2,000 annually and a referral bonus of $1,000.
