The position of Bulk Driver based in South Saint Paul, Minnesota, offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking company. This role primarily involves the delivery of ammonia products to local customers following a scheduled route or on an intermittent basis. The Bulk Driver is responsible for maintaining accurate delivery records with signatures on load manifests, performing vehicle inspections before and after trips, and upholding all safety standards to protect the team and community. This full-time role offers competitive pay at $34 per hour with a typical 55-hour workweek and overtime paid after 40 hours, including double-time pay for work on Sundays and holidays. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work and collaborative morning start times to support team flow. Drivers can expect 1-2 overnight stays monthly on average. Additional incentives include a safety bonus of up to $2,000 annually and a referral bonus of $1,000. Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Class A CDL with at least 2 years of CDL A experience within last 4 years
  • Must have Tanker and Hazmat endorsements before job acceptance
  • No preventable accidents in last 3 years
  • No more than 2 minor tickets in last 3 years
  • No serious violation tickets in last 3 years
  • No suspensions of CDL in last 3 years except failure to pay child support
  • No DUI in last 7 years
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs or more
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Enhanced License or Passport required for travel to Canada

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • Class A CDL with minimum 2 years of experience within last 4 years
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required before job acceptance
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs or more
  • Enhanced License or Passport required for travel to Canada

  • Strong reading comprehension of material safety data sheets

Job Duties

  • Deliver ammonia products to local customers on scheduled routes or intermittently
  • Record deliveries and pick-ups on load manifests and obtain customer signatures
  • Collaborate in managing loading and unloading truck procedures
  • Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and document any deficiencies
  • Maintain vehicle appearance and personal professional appearance
  • Safely perform SOPs related to handling of Anhydrous
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Maintain accurate load manifests and vehicle documents ensuring they balance with truck counts and shipping paperwork
  • Ensure all safety standards are upheld for team and community well-being
  • Lead the delivery of hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours with frequent bending
  • Accommodate occasional overnight stays
