Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform repetitive activities and multitask
- Ability to transfer product weighing up to 50 pounds without mechanical assistance
- Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Be dependable and reliable
- Maintain a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow directions
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Show mutual respect for others and maintain a high level of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
- Possess good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Must be capable of transferring products weighing up to 50 pounds vertically or horizontally for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance
- Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
Job Duties
- Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods
- Follow merchandising bulk plan by properly packaging and scaling bulk items
- Fill bulk bins and prepare, wrap, and price bulk packages accurately
- Rotate product using code dates and follow company cleaning and sanitation programs
- Provide high-level customer service and ensure cleanliness of the bulk area at all times
- Assist the Bulk Manager as needed
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise throughout the day
