Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable having ability to work flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays
- Have and show a mutual respect for others, maintain a high-level code of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Be able to perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize and stay organized
- Must vertically/horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 lbs, from 4" to 36", for a distance up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance
- Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations
- Be able to perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable with flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Possess a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers

- Capable of vertically and horizontally transferring products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
Job Duties
- Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods
- Follow merchandising bulk plan by packaging and scaling items accurately
- Fill bulk bins and prepare, wrap, and price bulk packages
- Rotate bulk products using code dates
- Follow cleaning and sanitation programs
- Provide high-level customer service ensuring bulk area cleanliness and presentation
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise as needed
- Assist Bulk Manager as required
- Maintain equipment in safe working condition
