Job Duties

keep public spaces, amenity areas, and office areas clean-vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash
ensure restrooms and high-touch areas are sanitized
clean and refresh vacant apartments to get them move-in ready
handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, replacing covers, etc.)
assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and sidewalk cleaning
report any safety concerns or maintenance issues
keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and in good condition
